Wendy Renae Smith Sandridge age 41, of Warren, AR died Saturday, August 28, 2021 at St. Bernard’s Hospital in Jonesboro, AR. She was born Sunday, September 23, 1979 in Warren, AR a daughter of Marcia Reaves Smith Chandler and step father Tommy Chandler, Carthage, TX and the late Travis Smith. She was a 4th grade Elementary School teacher with the Woodlawn School System, she graduated from Warren Public Schools, received her Bachelor’s and her Master’s degrees in Educational Leadership from the University of Arkansas at Monticello, AR and attended Trinity United Methodist Church in Warren, AR.
She is survived by her husband Scotty Sandridge, whom she married May 20, 2000 at Willoughby Church. Her son, Trevor Sandridge and her daughter, Laney Sandridge both of Warren, AR. Her sisters Stacy Smith Parker and spouse Wade, Warren, AR and Candy Smith Scroggins and spouse Josh, Warren, AR. Her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Timmy and Elaine Sandridge, Warren, AR.
Funeral services were 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at Frazer’s Chapel with Bro. Wayne Wesson and Bro. Wayman Mann officiating. Active pallbearers were Damon Boykin, Brandon Boykin, Ralph Chadwick, Wade Clontz, Keith Sandridge and Jeremy Caldwell. Honorary pallbearers were Jerry Chandler and James Camp.
