Mayor Denisa Pennington has issued a proclamation designating October 2021 as Domestic Violence Awareness Month in the City of Warren. This is done in conjunction with the GFWC Warren Woman’s Club. The Woman’s Club advocates on behalf of victims of domestic violence yearly. They strive to make victims aware of help
for all victims. The Woman’s Club supports shelters in our communities for victims of domestic violence.
