Warren, Arkansas – Timothy Kessler, local author and news writer, held a book signing at the Warren Branch Library Saturday, November 20, 2021 with copies on hand of his latest release, “Death of the Blue Light Rapist.”
Kessler’s new book sheds light on the 1990’s case of the Blue Light Raptist in Arkansas. This true-crime novel examines the serial rapist that lurked throughout the State from November 1995 to July 1997 using a blue light to stop vehicles driven by lone females late at night.
The book signing event was put on in partnership with the Warren Branch Library. A presentation was made by Kessler, and books were available to be purchased and signed by the author. The new book is available for purchase here.
The Warren writer also recently was the featured guest on Gregg Reep’s “Southark Spotlight.”
