Reynolds blanks Lions and Smith hits a two-run blast as Warren sinks Hamburg in six innings

HAMBURG, Ark. – Creed Smith hit a two run home run in Warren’s 15-0 win over the Hamburg Lions on the road at Hamburg, Thursday evening, March 10, 2022 in a game which lasted just six innings due to the mercy rule going into effect.

A game that was originally scheduled for Friday was moved to Thursday ahead of expected winter weather in South Arkansas.

Aidan Reynolds got the start on the mound for the orange and black. The senior pitched a complete game six innings while picking up the win. He gave up just one hit and walked three.

Warren’s Ervin Rivera, Connor McDiarmid, and Triston Woodall each had two hits a piece on the night.
