Stephanie Bigham announces candidacy for Bradley County Assessor

Stephanie Bigham would like to announce her candidacy for Bradley County Assessor.

As a life long South Arkansas resident, Bigham graduated from Woodlawn High School and began her career working locally. She is currently employed in the Bradley County Assessor’s office where she has served as Deputy Assessor and Real Estate Clerk for the past three years. She is a member of the IAAO (International Association of Assessing Officers) and has attended several Summer and Fall Assessor’s Conferences. Prior to the Assessor’s office, Bigham served as Chief Deputy for the Bradley County Circuit Clerk for seven years.

Stephanie and her husband Jon are owners and operators of JBig Logging LLC. Her current and past work experience include bookkeeping, accounting, preparing monthly reports for the State of Arkansas, responsible for payroll, accounts payable, account receivable, and year end reporting.

She is the daughter of the late Melvin McKinney, Janet Burkhardt and the late Peter Burkhardt. She and Jon have one son Dalton Bigham who is an employee with the family business. Stephanie and her family are active members of Grace Cowboy Church. In her free time she is a volunteer for the Bradley County Log A Load for Kids.

Bigham states “I will treat the citizens of Bradley County and the office of Bradley County Assessor in an honorable, courteous and efficient manner. I would appreciate your support for the office of Bradley County Assessor.”
