A wreck occurred at Kelly and South Bragg Streets around 7:00 p.m. Sunday evening, April 3, 2022. The driver of the vehicle was 46-year old Vincent Davis. He was subsequently charged with careless driving and prohibited driving, DWI alcohol, fictitious tags, driving on a suspended driver’s license, no driver’s license, and refusal to take a breath test DWI.
