2022 Bradley County Fair in the books after a successful week of festivities

The Annual Bradley County Fair, an historic event for residents throughout our local community, was held this past week, September 12-17, 2022.

The bulk of the festivities kicked off Thursday as fair exhibits were judged and the beef, goat, and sheep portion of the livestock show was held.

Friday, the fair exhibits were opened to the public. The kid zone opened as well, with school kids arriving to tour the fairgrounds and all it had to offer. A petting zoo was available for the youngsters as well. The Grace Cowboy Church band was the entertainment for the evening, putting on a great show that was well received. The Bradley County Riding Club held a horse show Friday night, and food trucks were setup to satisfy the cravings of all those in attendance.

Saturday, a Farmer’s Market was open in the Tomato Sheds featuring local vendors. A truck show and an hispanic gala were accompanied by another fun night of food trucks in the evening hours. Then, local group Fortunate Sons + One was the featured entertainment for nearly two hours Saturday night to round out the 2022 Fair.
