Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Presbyterian Day Care, and Wanda Ashcraft will offer free snow cones, hot dogs, and candy for trick-or-treaters this Halloween evening, Monday, October 31 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at The Snow Cone Stand in Warren on Main Street. Everyone is invited to bring the kiddos out to the event.
