WARREN, Ark. – Residents were treated to an evening of soul-stirring melodies at the 44th Warren Lions Club Gospel Music Jamboree held Thursday, June 8, 2023. The moving event took place at 6:00 p.m. at the Immanuel Baptist Church Family Life Center, drawing in a large crowd of music enthusiasts.
The Gospel Music Jamboree, which showcased local talent, was not only a source of entertainment but also served a noble cause. Although the event was free, generous donations were accepted to support the Lions Club Vision Program, a vital initiative aimed at serving the needs of local community programs. Through the heartfelt performances and charitable contributions, the Warren Lions Club and its supporters came together to make a positive impact on the community they hold dear.
Featured performers at the event included the captivating voices of the SEARK Community Choir and the enchanting harmonies of the Mount Carmel MBC Sanctuary Choir.
In addition to the featured choirs, the crowd was treated to the soulful sounds of Kathy Morman, whose heartfelt performance touched the hearts of many. The Files Family also took the stage, sharing their musical talents.
