City of Warren Consultant Graduates from Clinton School of Public Service

Seth Wyatt, a native of Cabot, Arkansas and a recent consultant for the City of Warren, received his master of Public Service Degree from the Clinton School of Public Service May 4, 2024. The graduation ceremony was held at the Ron Robinson Theater in the River Market in downtown Little Rock. 

Mr. Wyatt worked as a consultant for the City of Warren in conjunction with his studies at the Clinton School. He prepared a report for the City as to the best methods to follow in recruiting new commercial retail businesses to Warren. The study was done at no cost to the City and was authorized by the Warren City Council. The City provided a modest travel reimbursement to Mr. Wyatt. Mr. Wyatt made numerous trips to Warren and did research online and directly with various business and governmental sources. He reported directly to Mayor’s office on a routine basis while preparing the final report. 

Attending Mr. Wyatt’s graduation was Mayor R. Gregg Reep, Executive Secretary to Mayor Reep – Charlotte Brown and Assistant to the City Clerk and City Treasurer – Linda Morgan. 

The City will be reviewing the final report and working on procedures to recruit new businesses for Warren as well as ways to assist existing businesses.
