Author Timothy Kessler presents Lions Club program about his new book

Warren Lions Club met for their regular meeting Wednesday, November 10 at Molly’s Diner. The program was Lion Club Zone Chairman and past president of the Warren Lions Club, Tim Kessler. Mr. Kessler made a presentation relating to his new book “Death of the Blue Light Rapist ” a true story concerning a case in the 1990’s of a series of rapes perpetrated by a man who stopped women by using blue lights on his car to appear to be law enforcement. The book covers multiple cases and the conviction of one person for three of the crimes.

Kessler was a reporter in the area of East Central Arkansas, where most of the incidents occurred. He covered the investigation from the beginning. The book contains police investigative information and other facts about the series of crimes.

The book is available for sale by contacting Mr. Kessler at 870-820-2001. He will be selling books at the Buck Fever Festival and will conduct a book signing at the Warren Library November 20 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
