Bradley County burn ban lifted
Saline River Chronicle was notified Monday morning that the burn ban has been lifted for Bradley County. According to the latest information we have, burn bans have been lifted in Bradley, Cleveland, and Calhoun Counties. While Drew, Ashley, Lincoln, and Union Counties’ bans remain.
Burn ban still in place
Bradley County Judge Klay McKinney says the weekend rain did not alleviate the need for a burn ban. It will continue until fire danger conditions have completely dissipated. No burning of any kind is allowed anywhere in the county. Any violations could result in fines.
