Easter egg hunt among projects discussed during monthly Bradley County Chamber Board meeting

WARREN, Ark. – Bradley County Chamber of Commerce board members proceeded with plans for several upcoming projects during their monthly board meeting on Monday at Bradley County Economic Development Corp.

Chairwoman Terrie White reminded the board members that Make Warren Shine will have a meeting on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Donald W. Reynolds YMCA to discuss participation in that group. She said she would personally donate flowers and planters to be placed on Main Street and requested that donations of potting soil be made for that project.

Approval was given to donate $150 to Bradley County Riding Club for a sign at the riding arena.

The Chamber is waiting for more information on new county maps.

Vice Chairman James Wells will take measurements on banners to be placed on light poles and order them.

Representatives from AHF, Steve Mahanes and Ricky Rodriguez, attended the board meeting and offered their help with projects in the city, including the Chamber, Bradley County Pink Tomato Festival and Make Warren Shine.

Chapel Woods Health and Rehabilitation will provide the Easter Bunny and decorate the gazebo at Warren City Park for the Chamber Easter egg hunt to be held at 10 a.m. April 9. Candy and monetary donations are being accepted and may be given at the Chamber office.
