Warren native and Tennessee Titan Treylon Burks scored his first touchdown for the NFL franchise Saturday in the team’s final preseason week-three game between Tennessee and the Arizona Cardinals.
Burks got the start, hauling in two catches in the first. Late in the second quarter he helped cap off an eight-play, 60-yard drive, with a 14 yard touchdown reception from quarterback Malik Willis. Burks would not appear after that play, but led the Titans in receiving on the night with three catches for 33 yards and a touchdown.
The Titans went on to win the game by the final of 26-23 in comeback fashion.
Treylon and the Titans will kickoff their regular season campaign Sunday, September 11, 2022 at home playing host to the New York Giants at 3:25 p.m. CST.
