WARREN, Ark. – New Beginnings, a non-profit organization that provides substance abuse treatment, will utilize a grant to buy and renovate the former Guest House facility on East Woodlawn Street in Warren.
The organization currently operates a facility on York Street. That site will be maintained and the facility on Woodlawn will be an addition to the services provided. Bradley County will be the recipient of two grants to assist the Agency. One grant is for $300,000.00 to help purchase the property on Woodlawn, and another grant in the amount of $300,000.00 will be used to hire an architect and perform renovation, which will include a fence and security. Work will be concluded sometime in the early part of 2023. Services provided include inpatient and outpatient.
More details will be made available in the near future. Both grants are being funded by the State of Arkansas.
