A new Lumberjack mural, commissioned by Make Warren Shine and painted by Jason White, was completed and unveiled Tuesday afternoon, October 11, 2022 on the north side of the building owned by Dr. Bob Smalling on Main Street in Warren. The new mural features one of the official logos of Warren High School’s Athletic Department. Pictured at the completion of the mural are Leah St. John of Make Warren Shine, Dr. Bob Smalling, artist Jason White, Mayor Denisa Pennington, and Warren School District Superintendent Bryan Cornish. The mural was made possible in part by a donation of $750 from State Representative Jeff Wardlaw. Leah St. John of Make Warren Shine says that one more small project is in the works from the group prior to the volunteer organization coming to a close.
Wow, I came through today at 2 pm and he was spraying that breaker box…And it’s already finished!!! Impressive!!!
What a great addition to the city of Warren. I can’t wait to come to town and see this in person. Great Job Make Warren Shine.
Thank you Michael. Appreciate your support.
Glad everyone loves it. I coordinated with muralist, Jason White, to complete this before Homecoming this Friday. Jason didn’t disappoint. He always does a great job.
We can paint stuff on walls and hang bikes on walls but we can’t fix our court house is this where our money is going
No, Make Warren Shine is not part of the City of Warren, has nothing to do with Bradley County operations or the Chamber of Commerce. We are a downtown revitalization project started by ,what is now , 4 retired women who formed a 501 C 3.
Make Warren Shine is proud of our accomplishments with the help of private donations, digging deep in our own pockets and lots of exhausting sweat from volunteers.
Hats off to everyone that supported us!!
