Saline River Chronicle

When you come to yourself

If you’re reading this, no matter where you’ve been, no matter what you’ve done, no matter who you’ve become, no matter how far you’ve strayed, just come home to him.

He’s not like a lot of religious people you know. He has not misjudged you. He simply longs to be in a meaningful relationship with you.

His love, His grace, His embrace, His welcome is greater than your past, your present, your shame, your sin, your regret and your guilt.

No matter how many times you’ve tried and failed, today: Just. Come. Home.

Take that first step, the Father is headed your way with open arms, the best robe, a ring, and new shoes. If you don’t believe me, check out Luke 15:22.
