Hermitage, AR – As the spring season settles in, the City of Hermitage is getting ready for the highly anticipated Hermit Daze Festival scheduled for May 20th. The community is gearing up for a day of festivities and fun, and the preparations are already in full swing.
One of the biggest events leading up to the festival is the bake sale fundraiser scheduled for April 14th from 9 am to 2 pm. The bake sale will feature delicious treats and goodies donated by the community, sold through a FaceTime Auction. All proceeds from the fundraiser will go towards festival activities, ensuring that the community can enjoy a day of celebration and entertainment.
Taylor Hernandez, a representative from City Hall, stated that the festival is still in need of several entries. These include pageant entries, soccer and softball team entries, 5k entries, and more. Entry forms are available at City Hall, and anyone interested in participating in the festival is encouraged to submit their forms as soon as possible.
The City of Hermitage is working hard to ensure that the new festival launch is a huge success. With the support of the community, the festival is set to be one of the most memorable events of the year. The City is urging everyone to mark their calendars for May 20th and join in the festivities.
