Katie Kuhn, Director of Choral Activities for the Warren School District, announced recently that the WMS Intermediate and WHS Advanced Choirs have been selected to perform the National Anthem at the start of the Arkansas Travelers home game against the Tulsa Drillers on Thursday, April 27. “This is a great opportunity for our students to get more performance experience. For many of my students, this will be their first minor league baseball game. Getting to expose my students to new life experiences and seeing them shine in a positive light through performances is definitely one of my favorite things about teaching choir,” says Kuhn. “I’d love to see the seats around us filled with familiar faces cheering them on!” For more information about this performance, or to take advantage of group ticketing rates please email Katie Kuhn at katie.kuhn@warrensd.org.
