Warren Middle School Choir members receive academic awards at Spring Musical

At their recent Spring musical, family and friends of Beginning Choir members at Warren Middle School were able to see the progress their learners have made this year, as well as see their students’ accomplishments recognized.

Awards presented to students were as follows: Distinguished Academic Achievement Awards (3.0 GPA for the first semester) were awarded to Kayli Johnson, Sariyah King, Kelesia Lawson, Memory Light, Eliana Merales, Esmeralda Reynoso, Lillian Waits, and Selena Williams.

Commitment to Excellence Academic Achievement Awards (3.5 GPA for the first semester) were awarded to Clayton Elliot, Yarely Gonzales, Chloe Hancock, Julia Jimenez, Madison Mitchell, Joselin Morales, and Eva Slaughter.

The Elite Academic Achievement Award (4.0 GPA for the first semester) was awarded to Allison Torres.

Intermediate and Advanced Choirs will present their Spring musical, Schoolhouse Rock Live Jr., on Monday, April 3, at 6:30 pm in the Cultural Center.
