WARREN, Ark. – Today, the City of Warren celebrated its 18th year of being recognized as a Tree City USA recipient by welcoming Kristine Kimbro from the Arkansas Department of Agriculture’s Forestry Division. Mayor Gregg Reep, alongside Warren Administrative Assistant Charlotte Brown, welcomed Kimbro to the Warren Municipal Building for the ceremony. The Tree City USA program recognition acknowledges the city’s dedication to planting and maintaining trees, improving the quality of life for its residents, and promoting a healthy environment.
