A small section of Clingman Street in Warren is temporarily closed Wednesday due to a fallen electrical pole at the east end of Woodlawn St. According to Street Foreman Monty Hearnesberger, the City has been in contact with Entergy about getting the situation dealt with as quickly as possible. The majority of Clingman is accesible through alternative routes, and the connection with Woodlawn Street is open to traffic. Motorists are urged to proceed with caution in that area.
