The following is a press release from the Warren Police Department:
On 08/17/23, at approximately 6:43 a.m., the Warren Police Department received a call from Billy Harding at 619 S. Myrtle St. When Warren Police Officers arrived, Mr. Harding showed them three vehicles that had been damaged: a black GMC Yukon, a black Toyota Tundra, and a gold Kawasaki Concours motorcycle. Mr. Harding pulled up video recorded at 3:06 a.m. from his camera system that showed someone damaging his vehicles. The video supplied by Mr. Harding is attached to this press release.
