BANKS, Ark. – In the wake of a tragic house fire on the night of October 26th that left Elton Evans with nothing, the town of Banks has come together in a heartwarming display of support. With numerous individuals and businesses generously donating items, an online auction has been organized to assist Evans in rebuilding his life.
