In an operation this past weekend, the Warren Police Department made a significant bust targeting a local bootlegger residing on East Shelby Street. The suspect, identified as 39-year-old Uriel Fajardo-Luna of 317 East Shelby Street, was apprehended over the weekend, leading to the confiscation of a room filled with assorted alcoholic beverages.
