The first BCMC Employee of the Month award for 2024 goes to Kimberly O’Neal of the Senior Care Department. O’Neal claimed the January honor after her nominated stated: “Kim is always friendly to patients and other employees. She goes out of her way to learn about each patient to create an amazing rapport. They all love her and respect her. They sincerely trust her. She always has a smile on her face and is willing to step in and help at all times. She is most deserving!”
