Reflecting on the genesis of J minis, Massey fondly recalls the culinary traditions that shaped his upbringing. “For many years, I have always wanted to be in the food industry,” he shared. “It all started way back during my childhood.” He reminisces about his grandmother Ludie’s bustling kitchen, where the aromas of home-cooked meals and the laughter of family gatherings intertwined to create cherished memories. “She loved to entertain and feed everyone. The more, the merrier,” Massey recalled.

Inspired by his grandmother’s legacy of hospitality, Massey embarked on a journey to realize his culinary dreams. “About 2 years ago, I finally decided to fulfill my next dream,” he reveals. “After many months of sleepless nights and brain overload, I finally created J minis.”
