Warren Water & Sewer has been made aware of a scam targeting customers. The scam involves unknown individuals calling citizens claiming to be from Warren Water & Sewer. They threaten disconnection of service if payment is not made via phone. These calls may be automated.
How to protect yourself-
- DO NOT follow their instructions to make payment.
- Our staff will never call and demand payment over the phone, DO NOT share personal, financial, or account information over the phone if asked to do so.
- We encourage customers who receive a questionable call to hang up and call us at (870) 226-2321. Our office staff would be happy to help you and answer any questions you may have. DO NOT call the number back you received a call from.
