The Anthony, Gathen, Rainey and Tolbert Scholarship is now available, created by retired former school district superintendents, Frank Anthony – Pine Bluff, Thomas Gathen – Dollarway, David Rainey- Dumas, and Andrew Tolbert- Warren.
