HERMITAGE, Ark. – A new hardware and general supply store, Hardware General, held its official ribbon cutting and grand opening Wednesday morning, March 16, 2022 in downtown Hermitage.
Community members and local officials joined the store’s owners, Hussain Azeez and Dinu Mulloli, as they opened the store for customers Wednesday. The store is located at 112 West 3rd Street behind the Post Office in Hermitage. It carries a wide variety of hardware and home improvement goods.
Co-owner of Hardware General, Hussain Azeez, said that he and his business partner are “glad to be part of the Hermitage Community.” While they are carrying just hardware and a few general supplies at this time, Azeez says that they have plans to expand to carrying some groceries in the future, as well as perhaps a restaurant.
