On April 12, 2022, former Warren School District employee Kaitlyn Ann Raines, Age 23, was arrested by Warren Police Department with the aid of Bradley County Sheriff’s Department for two counts of Rape and Computer Cxploitation of a Child. Her bond is set to be pending at first appearance.
11:53 p.m. update: As Saline River Chronicle reported in a portion of our monthly Warren School Board report, Raines’s resignation was accepted during the Monday, April 11, 2022 Warren School Board meeting. Our reporting about her resignation came before the press release from the Warren Police Department about her arrest.
According to Raines’s social media accounts, she attended Warren High School and the University of Arkansas at Monticello. Until Monday, she was an instructor at Warren’s Middle School.
From what little I have read and I don’t want to know more. I was her Art teacher at WMS. She was memorial- she never spoke to me or none of her fellow students, never smiled. Which is why I remember her. She came in completed her assignments without a word or some kind of facial expression. Students like her broke my heart This breaks my heart. In so many ways.
Didn’t the church post her bond….I guess the alleged victims aren’t members but her dad is one of the pastors/ministers???
