Jacks drop Eagles with ease in 32-point victory

WARREN, Ark. – Tramond Miller, Antonio Jordan, and David Jordan each posted double figures as the Warren Lumberjacks dominated the Crossett Eagles with a final score of 76-44 in a high-energy matchup at the Lumberjack Arena in Warren on Friday night.

1st Quarter

The Lumberjacks set the tone early in the game as David Jordan showcased his finesse with an underhanded bucket in the paint. Tramond Miller followed with two impressive runs on consecutive possessions, putting Warren firmly in control. The pedal-to-the-metal attitude paid off, with Miller adding another late basket in transition. At the end of the first quarter, the Jacks held a commanding 23-15 lead.

2nd Quarter

Antonio Jordan opened the second quarter with an early basket, but Crossett answered with a three. Unfazed, Warren continued their relentless assault, with David Jordan contributing another beautiful underhanded layup. Miller’s excellent play, both in scoring and running the offense, kept the Eagles on the defensive. Neon’dre Thomas added to the lead with a score in the closing minutes, and Warren headed into halftime with a substantial 43-24 advantage.

3rd Quarter

The third quarter saw no let-up from the Lumberjacks. David Jordan scored just a minute into the quarter on a breakaway, with Miller providing the assist. Jayden Ridgell also added to the scoring near the end of the quarter. Warren continued to dominate, leading 65-36 with the game effectively in their hands.

4th Quarter

With the victory all but secured, Head Coach Correy Muldrew seized the opportunity to give his bench some valuable minutes. Colton Steen came in and played impressively, scoring his second bucket of the game. The Lumberjacks cruised to a 76-44 win.

Up Next

Warren’s impressive performance improves their overall record to 8-4, with a 7-3 standing in the 8-4A Conference. They will hit the road on Tuesday, February 6, to face Star City. The tip-off is scheduled after the Lady Jacks take on Star City starting at 5:30 p.m.
