WARREN, Ark. – In a tough matchup on Tuesday night, the Warren Lady Jacks faced off against Conference leaders Watson Chapel, but ultimately fell by the final score of 49-25 at home at Lumberjack Arena.

1st Quarter
The game started with Bayleigh Miller putting Warren on the board first, scoring six points in the opening quarter. Despite her efforts, the Lady Jacks found themselves trailing 16-8 by the end of the first quarter.
2nd Quarter
Chapel stretched their lead further in the second quarter as Warren struggled to find their rhythm offensively. Miller managed to keep Warren in the game, hitting a free throw and making a nice move into the paint. However, Warren trailed 31-11 going into halftime.
3rd Quarter
Warren hung in the fight, with Breize Fellows hitting a bank shot and freshman Natalie Hargrave sinking her first senior high level basket with a three-pointer. Despite their efforts, Watson Chapel maintained a significant lead of 45-18 heading into the final quarter.
4th Quarter
In the fourth quarter, Fellows and Miller continued to contribute to Warren’s efforts, with Fellows scoring another basket and Miller adding five more points. However, it wasn’t enough to overcome Watson Chapel’s lead, and the Lady Jacks fell with a final score of 49-25.

With this loss, the Lady Jacks now hold a 4-15 overall record and a 3-10 record in the 8-4A Conference. They will host Little Rock-Mills this Friday in their last game of the 2024 campaign. Tip off is set for 5:30 p.m.
