Congratulations to Katie Rawls of First Station for earning BCMC’s April Employee of the Month award! Her nomination stated: “Katie is a great leader and is always willing to learn new things for her role as night shift charge nurse. She was very instrumental in the development of the MEDITECH cheat sheets for our staff to use for the conversion from CPSI to MEDITECH. She was a great role model and superuser in teaching MEDITECH to our staff. We are so thankful to have you as a part of First Station’s Team.”
